1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by AB Security & Electrical LTD and the use of our website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• Client: The individual or entity engaging our services, also referred to as "you" or "your".

3. Services

We provide a comprehensive range of electrical services, including but not limited to installations, repairs, maintenance, testing, and system design. All services will be performed by qualified and certified electricians in accordance with UK standards.

4. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and any unforeseen complexities that arise during the work. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon with the Client before proceeding.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for services already rendered will not be provided.

7. Warranties & Guarantees

All our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products will be passed on to the Client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AB Security & Electrical LTD and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
